| Job interview(s) |
Today I had job interview at Toshiba Company. I don't know what are your deals with interviews, but with me it's so: - first I'm very excited that I'm being invited at all, coz' even to get an invitation can be a problem - I mean, just to get an answer, no matter what kind of, is something to be happy and excited; - than I go there and have the invterview that takes FEW f*****g minutes!!!! PLEASE, can someone EXPLAIN to me how can someone gets any impression about candidate after 2 or 3 minutes?????? I am studying how to employ the people and methods of interview etc. and am sure that after 2 minutes (BTW: that's the lenght of my interview I had today!!!!) they don't get any usefull info!!!
What really ANNOYS me is the fact that has happened to me today and few times before! People that are employing us for search for work DO NOT read our CV's and applications!!!! They really don't. I mean, I get prepared for each interview by looking their web page etc. and they can't even read my in this case, CV that has "only" 3 pages!??
And than I had to be there at 1pm, came there 5 minutes earlier and when I had "interview" I only sat in oposite of that guy who was reading my application and CV - actually he read it 3 times! Asked me only how much I'd want for monthly payment and sent me out by telling me he will let me know if I came into second round! What kind of interview is that??? We could do that over messenger or ICQ??? Not to mention when I told him for what kind of money I'd work, his eyes almost fall out!!! I don't know what he though - that I'll tell him that I'll be working for 400 € all days long with Uni degree?? Well, sorry Sir, but I won't!
People that are offering work have some funny point of views about for how cheap they would hire someone with Uni degree! I'll not say how much I'm paid here where I work now, but in each company that I was at interview so far did offer me less - much less to be honest! I don't know why they would think I would go somewhere to work for less??? It's no logic there, is it? Grrr...was dissapointed at the end after today's interview :o(
I shall without a doubt keep looking for something else, for something better. And If YOU are looking for job, wish you LOTS of luck and I guess LOTS of patient as well! |

Mmmh, strange. My job interviews lasted a lot longer, I mean those few, in fact 3 , that I have had. they wanted article from me, they read my CV, we talked, and stuff. Maybe this company is not that serious, or I dunno....

Well, than none or very few companies are serious, coz' I have VERY little more serious experiances. The interview where I work now was even worse than the one today... I don't know; I just understand; I mean, after all, they're also spending the money; it all costs here to employ the person...so at least from this point of view they could be serious!!! I guess I will not understand them...

And I understand why you don't.....
