| The night at the museum |
Weekend is over and I'm back to work :( Well, to be honest, Mondays are not that bad days...many people complain about "long" Mondays, but I kind of like them :) Monday and Tuesday are two days (and of course the weekend) when times goes very quickly...but Wednesday...that's the worse day for me in a week - it seems like century...even when I have lots of work I have the feeling like the clock is not moving :s However, yesterday I was at the cinema with Miha and other friend. We went to see "The night at the museum". It's true that I haven't heard many good things about the film, so was a bit sceptic at the beginning how it's going to be. At the end when I was leaving the cinema, I was happy. The film is "comedy action film". It is VERY "light" film; very relaxing :) My opinion; if you want to relax and think nothing, this film is the right to see. :) It has a nice story and there are many moments where you can laugh, so it's really lovely to watch. :) I wasn't dissapointed. It was really lovely evening - as I said, very relaxing :) Before the film started there were intos about films that are coming and there are 3 of them that I am looking much forward to see it :) "Shrek 3" is coming and since I have fallen in love with first two, I will definatly see this one. :) Than a film call "Norbit" is coming, which is a comedy film with Eddie Murhpy and the last I'd like to see it "Mr. Bean's holiday" - it looked VERY funny :) I would also love to see "Babel" with Brad Pitt, but am not sure if I'll go to cinema - don't have much time and Miha and other friends are rather busy as well...so, will wait for DVD to come :) Anyway; the weekend ended well :) I went to bed at 11pm and slept like a baby.
Today I hope the day to pass quickly. Miha went to the airport where he has classes every day from 8am to 5pm and I will go after work to the bank and supermarket. When I'll come home will have lunch and than will take a shower (as soon as better, so when I'm sleepy I can "jump" to bed quickly:)) and than will study till 8pm and than will watch the handball - Slovenia is playing today with Tunisia at the World Championship. Our team is already in next round; this match is only to see which team will be first in our group - we or Tunisia. Let's hope we will.
And so my day is going to end....wish you to have a nice day :) |

Although I still think that Night at the museum is not my cup of tea, I am glad that you have enjoyed the movie. I also wanna see Babel, it isridiculous that we STILL do not have it... as I mentioned in my blog it is already in cinemas e. g. in Belgium since the middle of DECEMBER!!!!! The film also received Golden Globe as the best movie so I have even higher hopes about it. A pal of mines in Sapin had seen and she told it was great too.

Well, I also didn't like the idea that good to go and see than film at first, since I'm not really "Ben Stiller" fan, but at the end, I don't regret seeing it. :) Babel...just today I got it on DVD, so hope to watch it soon...maybe over the weekend with Miha :)

You must tell me how it was, but not the plot of it:) I wanna have the excitement when I will really be able to watch it!!!!
-
OK, will do it in mail or letter :) Got it today :D

Babel... I watched that movie back on November when it was released in Mexico.
This was the third part of a thrilogy written and produced my mexicans and from my point of view is not the best of them.
If you like Babel... then you should go and rent Amores Perros... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0245712/
Last week I watch Rocky Balboa!!!

George, I cannot believe it was released over there in NOVEMBER!!!!! Is that movie you have mentioned also by Inarritu? If yes than I think I have heard about it - I only know the Hungarian title. Maybe I will check the IMDB link you have inserted.

I have checked it and I think this is the one. I really should watch it. Never seen a Mexican movie, I am afraid... And Rocky is not in Hungary yet, as well...

I'll try to rent that film you suggessted - Amores Perros :) And will see which on is better, Babel or the other one. I have seen only 2 films of Rocky, but didn't like it, so won't watch the new one + I don't like Stalone!!

BTW: It's soooooooooooooooooo GREAT to read your comments :) Comments from ALL you :D

Yes amores perros is also from IƱarritu he also worked on 21 grams.
He is one of the few good directors... you can also watch Pan's Labyrinth the director there is called Guillermo del Toro he also directed Hell Boy and The Devil's Backbone.
And the other one is Alfonso Cuaron that worked on Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban , And Your Mother Too and Great Expectations.
I guess that the movies are released earlier here because we are so close to USA.
