Plane test...

....didn't end well, but about this a bit later!
It's Monday morning and I have some time left to upload my blog :)
Most of people are at home today, coz' tomorrow we're celebrating Reformation Day and on 1st November we remember dead people, but I won't be at home all day :( I will need to go to work at noon and will stay there till my work won't be done. :s
The magazine will come to the office today around noon, so I over-talked my boss and he allowed me to come later. :) At least something. BTW: I'll be the only one who will be working in our office today!

The weekend.
Saturday was nice and quiet. I didn't do anything special in the morning, just walking around, helped my mum, coz' she wasn't feeling well. At 1pm I went to pick up Miha and than we went to centre where we meet up with my friend Carmen for lunch at the Mexican restaurant. She had birthday! :)
I got a birthday present from her - Lush products :) I got one bubble bath heart with roses and one Alkmar soap :) I will try them soon out.
We had lovely time together and was nice to see her again. She's actually my friend since we were 10 months old and lives 10 houses away, but since High school we don't see each other that often :s
After the lunch Miha and I took a walk by the river at the old part of Ljubljana. There was a fair and we bought one present for my Mexican friend...ha, ha...but can't write what we bought in case she's reading my blog :P
On our way back to my place we stopped at Miha's place to say HI to his mum and than went to my place. We watched a film in the evening. We saw "You, me and Dupree" and was a good laugh :) Nice film!

Yesterday I was a bit more productive in the morning. I cleaned my apartment and cooked the lunch. My paretns went to Ljubljana to watch the Marathon.
After we ate, Miha came, we packed the plane (KM2 is the planes name!) and went to the test flight.
At the beginning looked all so nice and it went well and we were both really happy about it. Than we have decided it’s time to put it in the air and the best way for it was to throw it and than control it. We decided that I’m going to throw it and Miha will control it…well, bad choice. I throw is not that good as I should and after few seconds the plane crashed and broke in half L You should see the look on Miha’s face L He was angry and told me why I throw it like that? It went not as straight as it should, but more up L I felt so damn guilty that in that second I would love to destroy the plane even more! The good thing though (yeah, there’s a good thing as well J) is that no electronics device was damaged J Just the wood broke on fuselage. The wing, tail and wheels stayed undamaged J
Than when we were putting the things together one old guy came and has started to telling us what kind of shit of plane we built and was trying to convince us that we’re using the wrong radio station to control the plane…. Miha was getting mad and I was close to hit the guy! He told us that he’s been flying the planes for 35 years and that we did all wrong and that Miha was standing at the wrong place when I throw it and much more. The thing is that we had some help from people who are going on races and competitions with planes and I’m sure they know how to do things. Miha was not in the mood to talk, so we tried to go away as soon as possible, but he was still telling us all the shit how terrible our plane is! You know, it’s not really nice to hear those things, but it’s not that bad, since I know we did well – other people who are professionals told us we did a good job, so I didn’t take his words seriously. I just hate people who are so mean and are trying to feel you bad!!! We didn’t deserve that! We did our best and I think for our first engine plane we did well J
We will fix the plane and will try again. We’re sure we’ll have more luck next time.

After the not that successful afternoon we came home and than we were watching Friends on DVD - I think we were watching it for 2 and half hours. Miha than went home, coz' today he had to wake up early, coz' has flight and I was watching a documentary show about bees...it was really interesting.

Went to bed at 10pm!
Today during the night we had a real problem with wind. The wind was blowing with 100 km per hour and a part of our roof above the parking look took off. L It made such a noise that we all woke up – it happened around 2 in the morning. My dad and my mum went out to collect what it took off and my dad tried to fix it, so it would hold till morning. Well, it did and now he will fixed it properly.
The wind is still blowing, but not with such a speed – and the weather forecast says it’s going to calm down in few hours.

I woke up at 7am, though would love to sleep longer, than had breakfast with my dad, wrote one letter and after updating my blog I will get ready for work and will soon leave. I will stop at the bank to finally open my new account and will go to the post office as well.
What I'm going to do after the work, don't know yet. It depends how tired Miha is going to be after the flight. If he won't be too tired, I will visit him for an hour or two, if he will be tired I'll go home. He has another early flight tomorrow and I'm sure he'll prefer to relax, esp. coz' today he has long flight!

I hope it will work out wiht the plane soon.. that old guy must have been a real jerk in my opinion, judging about his behaviour. i think you really should ingore such people and such acts!!! Silly...
I hope you will have nice rest during these days:)
Ha, and how did you like LUSH products? Aren't they just lovely? I think so:)

Yeah, I hope the plane will go up in the air soon with not so many problems as we had it this time...I'm sure next time Miha is going to throw it...I don't want to be guilty for crash again :P
I haven't tried the Lush products yet, so can't say much about it, except from the fact that they smell nice - really nice :P
